Job Summary
This assignment provides a diverse experience in the functions and needs of a rubber manufacturing group. The selected individual will be involved in the support of the Quality department in calibrations.
JOB DUTIES
- Monitor and complete calibrations of measure equipment in the Lincoln facility
- Complete minor upkeep of measure equipment as needed
- Coordinate gauge calibrations with external suppliers
- Work on data gathering to help assist in process improvement projects
- Participate in root cause analysis meetings for quality issues in the Lincoln plant
Qualifications :
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Minimum GPA 3.0; 15 credit hours completed
- Minimum 1.5 years of remaining undergraduate studies
DESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- 2 years remaining till completion of a Bachelors degree.
- Engineering major is preferred but will consider any technical degree
- Flexible work schedule to work around school schedule
- Ability to flex up to 40 hours per week when school is not in session.
