Job Description
Seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead Program Increment (PI) planning execution and delivery across multiple Agile teams in a SAFe environment. Responsibilities include facilitating large-scale Agile events managing program-level risks and dependencies driving continuous improvement and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and teams.
Requirements:
8 years in Agile leadership (Scrum Master/Program Manager/Project Manager).
Experience as RTE or similar role within SAFe.
SAFe certification preferred.
Strong skills in facilitation risk management and Agile tools (Jira Align Azure DevOps Rally).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred: Agile coaching experience technical background and work in multi-team environments.
Qualifications :
These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelors degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
