Job Description

Seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead Program Increment (PI) planning execution and delivery across multiple Agile teams in a SAFe environment. Responsibilities include facilitating large-scale Agile events managing program-level risks and dependencies driving continuous improvement and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and teams.

Requirements:

  • 8 years in Agile leadership (Scrum Master/Program Manager/Project Manager).

  • Experience as RTE or similar role within SAFe.

  • SAFe certification preferred.

  • Strong skills in facilitation risk management and Agile tools (Jira Align Azure DevOps Rally).

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred: Agile coaching experience technical background and work in multi-team environments.


Qualifications :

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelors degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
