Job Description

Our client a prominent Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property group. This role offers the opportunity to work on all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution.

Ideal candidates will have:

A bachelors degree or higher in electrical engineering computer engineering computer science or a related field

2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications

Experience with AI and machine learning technologies (preferred)

USPTO registration (required)

Candidates must be motivated collaborative and comfortable in a client-focused team-oriented environment. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also preferred.
