Witham Auto Center is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team! We are
looking for a high character energetic individual who is willing to put in the time to help us continue our
exponential growth. 2 years of HIGH PERFORMING Automotive Sales experience is REQUIRED. Previous
Automotive Sales Manager experience is a PLUS. PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE MANAGER
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE TASKED WITH BACK-UP FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Lead train and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive dealership revenue and growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing regular reports to senior management.
Ensure a customer-centric approach maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels pricing strategies and promotional campaigns in collaboration with other
departments.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment promoting professional development.
PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE F AND I

Requirements
2 Years Automotive Sales Experience is REQUIRED
Previous Finance Manager Experience is REQUIRED
Previous Automotive Sales Manager Experience is a PLUS
