Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
The list below highlights the essential job responsibilities but is not exhaustive.
- Establish injection mold processes in Ripley.
- Establish automation process on injection molding machine.
- Create effective work instructions and process controls.
- Define packaging for injection molded parts.
- Make tooling recommendations.
- Make auxiliary equipment recommendations.
- Support training of Process Techs and Setups.
Qualifications Skills Competencies:
- Bachelor s Degree from four-year college or university and seven to ten years of related experience and / or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The ability to understand geometric tolerance.
- Effectively works with others to achieve goals.
- Anticipates and effectively adapts to change.
- Shares information in an engaging timely effective manner.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
