Job Summary (Technical Project Manager)
- Lead end-to-end project management of a Mobile Technology Standardization Program from initial business engagement through technical delivery.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project completion.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with business unit leads and delivery teams.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks to maintain project schedules and objectives.
- Monitor and report on project milestones addressing roadblocks and ensuring transparent communication.
- Provide regular program updates to senior leadership and program leads.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure program consistency and successful outcomes.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Leverage strong communication skills to articulate objectives requirements and manage risks/issues across business and technical contexts.
- Apply previous experience with end-user migration projects (e.g. mobile or desktop).
- Utilize prior experience managing technology projects/programs within financial services or consulting environments.
- Demonstrate ability to build lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams and influence stakeholders across geographic and functional boundaries.
- Exhibit innovative problem-solving skills and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle.
