Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This position requires a highly organized detail-oriented and personable professional who can manage front office operations while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors clients and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer screen and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling and visitor logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail packages emails).
Support administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience in front office administrative or customer service roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
