We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Boston. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be organized proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Handle phone calls emails and correspondence in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
Maintain and organize office files records and supplies.
Assist with data entry reports and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
