Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are inviting a diligent Information Entry Clerk (Remote) to support our operations this remote role you will ensure that critical project data from client details to drawing metadata and project specifications is accurately captured and managed. Your role helps maintain the seamless flow of information that turns visionary concepts into build-ready realities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update client project and document information into our systems from a remote workstation.

  • Validate information against source documents such as design briefs drawings and notes to maintain high levels of accuracy.

  • Organize label and manage digital records ensuring they are easily searchable and retrievable.

  • Support data hygiene by identifying and correcting inconsistencies or errors.

  • Generate reports on data entry metrics activity logs and document status.

  • Assist internal teams in locating or clarifying information to facilitate design and construction workflows.

  • Continuously suggest improvements for workflows or data organization to enhance efficiency across the firm.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security standards especially when working in a remote environment.




Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or associate degree is a plus.

  • Prior experience in data entry clerical support or administrative roles remote work experience preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Comfortable using digital tools spreadsheets and document management systems.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and reliable especially when working remote.

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in construction administration or project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and contract administration. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
