We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Support Representative (Remote). In this role you ll be the primary liaison between clients and our project teams ensuring seamless communication and support. Operating in a remote capacity you will uphold our commitment to responsiveness and client satisfaction no matter where you are.
Serve as the central point of contact for clients facilitating timely responses to inquiries and providing regular updates all from your remote office.
Coordinate with architects project managers and contractors to ensure client inquiries are addressed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of client communications such as meeting notes requests approvals and feedback in our information systems.
Prepare and distribute client-facing correspondence project updates and material schedules with precision.
Proactively anticipate and communicate project milestones delays or issues to clients.
Organize client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to implement revisions or updates supporting both on-site and remote collaboration.
Continuously identify and suggest ways to improve client support processes and enhance responsiveness in a remote environment.
Ensure client data privacy and confidentiality standards are strictly enforced particularly within a remote work setup.
High school diploma required; higher education or training in communications design administration or related fields is a plus.
Prior experience in client-facing support administrative coordination or architecture-related communication remote work experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong empathy and professionalism.
Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple client relationships and tasks in a remote setting.
Familiarity with document organization tools messaging platforms and communication workflows.
Self-motivated and reliable capable of maintaining productivity and collaboration while working remote.
Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to client satisfaction and project detail.
