Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Support Representative (Remote). In this role you ll be the primary liaison between clients and our project teams ensuring seamless communication and support. Operating in a remote capacity you will uphold our commitment to responsiveness and client satisfaction no matter where you are.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for clients facilitating timely responses to inquiries and providing regular updates all from your remote office.

  • Coordinate with architects project managers and contractors to ensure client inquiries are addressed accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain detailed records of client communications such as meeting notes requests approvals and feedback in our information systems.

  • Prepare and distribute client-facing correspondence project updates and material schedules with precision.

  • Proactively anticipate and communicate project milestones delays or issues to clients.

  • Organize client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to implement revisions or updates supporting both on-site and remote collaboration.

  • Continuously identify and suggest ways to improve client support processes and enhance responsiveness in a remote environment.

  • Ensure client data privacy and confidentiality standards are strictly enforced particularly within a remote work setup.




Requirements

  • High school diploma required; higher education or training in communications design administration or related fields is a plus.

  • Prior experience in client-facing support administrative coordination or architecture-related communication remote work experience is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong empathy and professionalism.

  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple client relationships and tasks in a remote setting.

  • Familiarity with document organization tools messaging platforms and communication workflows.

  • Self-motivated and reliable capable of maintaining productivity and collaboration while working remote.

  • Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to client satisfaction and project detail.

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in construction administration or project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and contract administration. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
