Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a diligent Data Support Specialist (Remote) to ensure seamless handling of project data across all phases. Operating in a remote capacity you ll support the accuracy organization and accessibility of project and client information enabling design teams to focus on delivering excellence.



Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter organize and maintain project-related data drawing metadata client details schedules and specifications from your remote workstation.

  • Validate data against source documents such as design notes contracts and meeting minutes to ensure precision.

  • Structure digital records for efficient retrieval organization and cross-referencing.

  • Generate clear and timely reports on data accuracy status updates and processing trends.

  • Collaborate virtually with architects project managers and administrative staff to support data needs across both on-site and remote workflows.

  • Contribute ideas and practical improvements to streamline data handling processes in a remote setup.

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data security standards especially when handling sensitive project or client information in a remote setting.




Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in data administration architecture business support or a related field is advantageous.

  • Proven experience in data entry data processing or administrative support remote work experience a strong plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with digital tools spreadsheet software document management systems and eager to learn new platforms.

  • Strong verbal and written communication proficient in maintaining efficiency while working remote.

  • Self-motivated dependable and effective in collaborating with a team when working remote.

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in construction administration or project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and contract administration. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
