We are growing our team and are looking for an ambitious fast and absurdly reliable Enterprise Account Executive with IT/Cybersecurity experience. You will be joining a tech startup working with high-profile clients and investors with the mission of helping people through technology so they are happier and more successful.

What you will be doing:

Aiden is looking for a talented and energetic individual to be part of our fast-growing Enterprise Sales team. You will work closely with marketing engineering and sales development to generate new opportunities and close deals. Motivated and driven individuals with enterprise IT-security sales experience will thrive in this environment. We will be your partner and invest in the resources needed for you to be successful.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Generate revenue through building partnerships relationships and strategic alliances with new prospects existing customers and industry executives.
  • Manage a list of target accounts and work with sales development and marketing teams to penetrate and close enterprise opportunities
  • Perform research develop and maintain an evolving list of target accounts per the company s strategic focus and target buyer persona.
  • Prepare proposals presentations pricing and contracts and develop strategic plans for the customer and the proposed solution.
  • Work the entire sales cycle from outreach and qualification to close and delight by leveraging Solutions Engineers and company executives as appropriate.
  • Communicate with customers via in-person on-site visits video phone and email providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues.
  • Provide ongoing solutions consulting to existing customers to enable upsells.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to translate prospect/customer feedback into meaningful product insights.
  • Keep updated with the latest IT-security and technology trends.
  • Support marketing initiatives including active social media and event promotion participation.
  • Collaborate with various internal cross-functional groups as needed to facilitate closing business and the success of services sold.

What we are looking for:

  • 5 years selling IT-Security solutions to enterprise organizations and directly closing business (Required).
  • A voracious learner with a passion for telling engaging stories the IT-Security industry and constantly improving your craft.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and take the initiative to get things done or help the team accomplish goals.
  • A background that combines solution selling technical expertise and a disciplined sales management approach.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident and proactive approach to customer management.
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts.
  • Remarkable organizational robust decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity and moral compass.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (Required).

What you will receive:

Client strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected annual base salary range for this United States-based position is $100000 $140000 which does not include any potential commissions or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on various factors including skills and competencies experience and geographical location.

Sr. Network Automation Engineer - Hybrid on site 2 days/week Santa Clara, CA About the Role We re seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Systems Developer who thrives in building full-stack systems with a focus on network automation. This is not your traditional network engineering role we re looking for someone who comes from the DevOps or systems development world and has ventured into networking by building tools, platforms, and automation frameworks that interact with network infrastructure. You will own the architecture and development of a full-stack system that ingests, stores, and acts on network telemetry and configuration data from backend frameworks to frontend UI to device interaction and automation. Key Responsibilities Design and architect an end-to-end automation system for network configuration and telemetry. Choose and implement the right technologies: Database: SQL, NoSQL, or MDM SQL solutions. Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask), Go, or similar. Frontend: React, Vue, or modern JS framework. Build integrations with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). Implement configuration management and telemetry collection using Ansible, SaltStack, or similar tools. Create APIs and services to interface with network devices. Ensure scalable data storage and retrieval for network metadata and telemetry. Collaborate with network engineers, DevOps, and security teams. Requirements Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or equivalent languages. Experience designing and building production-level infrastructure systems. Deep understanding of system architecture and software lifecycle. Familiarity with network automation concepts and tools, even if not a traditional network engineer. Hands-on experience with: CI/CD: Jenkins or equivalent. Config Management: Ansible, Salt. Database systems: SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.). Frontend frameworks: React, Vue, or similar. Comfort working across the full stack and owning the entire lifecycle of a system. Nice to Have Exposure to network protocols and device-level APIs (e.g., NETCONF, RESTCONF). Experience in telemetry collection, parsing, and visualization. Contributions to open-source DevOps or automation tools. Experience with MDM/metadata modeling.
