Job Description

This position is open to our Atlanta Denver San Francisco Seattle St. Louis Washington DC Houston Kansas City or Phoenix offices.
Our client a leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking mid-level Patent Agents to join its Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group.

Qualifications:

3 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
Degree in electrical engineering computer engineering software engineering computer science or physics
USPTO admission required
Strong academic credentials relevant industry or law firm experience and excellent writing and communication skills

Preferred Technical Background:

Electrical engineering or software-related patent prosecution
Experience with data science AI machine learning networking technologies or network security
Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) circuitry
Experience with hardware and/or communications security including encryption technologies
