Job Description

Our client an Am 200 law firm is seeking an associate with 2 years of construction experience for its Construction Business Unit in Scottsdale AZ.

Ideal candidates will have courtroom experience including file responsibility motion practice and deposition experience; strong advocacy research writing and negotiation skills.

Prior experience handling construction claims including litigation and/or arbitration; preparation of construction industry contracts for owners general contractors subcontractors and design professionals considered a plus.

Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented highly organized and must possess a solid work ethic.

All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and must be currently licensed to practice law in Arizona.
