Job Description
Job Title : Child Welfare IT Support Specialist (Training User Support Regulatory Compliance)
Location: New York NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting child welfare information systems within environments focused on child protective services foster care/permanency or preventive services.
- Proven background in providing IT support in child welfare settings including technical assistance related to systems used in child protection foster care/permanency and preventive programs.
- Direct experience working with end users in child welfare environments to deliver training and technical assistance both in classroom settings and on the job. Includes creating user documentation and desk aids to support understanding of business processes and training content.
- Involvement in the full lifecycle of a large-scale child welfare application (serving 15000 users) from conducting initial needs assessments to delivering ongoing support and performing follow-up activities.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply child welfare regulations in the context of practice and program outcomes particularly within child protective foster care/permanency or preventive service domains.
- Bachelors degree required.
