This role blends leadership technical oversight and customer service. You will manage day-to-day service operations supervise technicians and ensure customer satisfaction while driving operational efficiency and business position is well-suited for someone with prior experience in field service project supervision or technical management who is ready to take on a leadership role in a growing organization.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in field service project management or engineering
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with one or more of the following industries:
- Low voltage / electronic security systems
- Fire alarm & life safety systems
- Building automation systems
- Healthcare technology
- Strong financial acumen including cost control and gross margin management
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint; Project a plus)
- Ability to read technical documentation and support a team in troubleshooting and service delivery
