Our Global Graduate Program (GGP)is an entry-level opportunity designed for college graduates with 1-3 years of work experiencewho want to fast-track their career is a market leader in over 55 countries with over 55000 GGP prepares you for a Lead Manager role within one year with international career opportunities across BATs footprint.

As a Global Graduate in HRyoull learn the business of human resources from top to bottominside and out. Our HR team is comprised of four Centers of Excellence - Talent and Organizational Effectiveness HR Business Partnering Rewards and Employment Law/Employee Relations.While youll be assigned to one COE you may have the opportunity to get exposure to each of these COEs as part of your immersion in Human Resources. Youll develop remarkable skills in human resources management understand best practices and learn how human resources partners with functional leaders throughout the organization to achieve business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support key HR initiatives in one of the HR COEs (RewardsHR Services Talent and Organizational Effectiveness HR Business Partnering) and leverage insights toinform overall HR strategies.

  • Support the design and implementation of COE strategies andinitiatives.

  • Activate campus and early career recruitment strategies via the internship and global graduateprograms.

  • Facilitate learning and development offerings and talent management processes.

  • Deliver assigned project at a high-level through collaboration and self-leadership.

  • Investigate and analyze more complex issues and defer to higher tiers of support as appropriate.

  • Correctly reference and communicate HR policies and procedures both verbally and in writing.

  • Assist in the implementation of employee services policies trainings and programs

What are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.

  • Open to relocate globally.

  • High academic performance.

  • Prior internship practicum experience; student organization or other leadership experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.

  • Intellectual curiosity and ambition.

  • Bold and innovative thinkers who thrive in collaborative environments.

  • Committed to making an impact and driving results.

  • Eager to take on complex challenges and demonstrate tenacity and perseverance.

  • Ability to learn on the fly and apply learnings to make value-maximizing decisions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills. Comfortable developing and delivering presentations utilizing data and insights.
