Stefanini is looking for a Linux Administrator in /Salt Lake city UT (Onsite)

Role will require 1 weekend day every week (Saturday or Sunday. Weekend days are onsite.
Possible Schedules are Tuesday - Saturday: 10:30AM - 6:30PM or Sunday - Thursday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM per team needs (After Oct shifts to 9:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Position requires 5 days in the office per week in Salt Lake City.
As a Linux Administrator you will be the Tier 1 / Tier 2 support of the Business systems in a 24x7 follow-the-sun model. This will entail alert management OS troubleshooting and working to restore service in a robust Enterprise Environment.
- Monitoring of Linux/Unix systems
- Troubleshooting of systems
- Alert Management
- Incident Management
- Working with clients across our Business Units to maintain and restore service
- Automation of activities through scripting and configuration management
- Working with Hardware teams to maintain the physical server estate
- Documentation of processes and procedures for the team

Details:
Qualifications:
- Experience in Red Hat Linux Administration
- 3 years of Unix/Linux systems administration experience
- Strong core OS troubleshooting experience
- Scripting experience in Shell Bash Perl and/or Python
- Virtualization experience in VMware or OpenShift
- Networking knowledge/skills
- Experience installing configuring and maintaining enterprise-grade server hardware such as HP and Dell rackmount servers
- Experience using remote management interfaces like Dell iDRAC HP iLO VMware vCenter/vSphere
- An automation-first mindset
- Incident management experience
- Prior experience in the Financial Service Industry is a plus
- Prior Enterprise experience is a plus
- Relevant certifications are a strong plus
