As a Personal Concierge you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned guests responsible for overseeing their stay from pre-arrival to departure. You will blend the roles of a concierge and front desk agent building strong relationships with guests to understand their preferences and provide exceptional personalized service. Your goal is to ensure each guest feels valued and catered to creating lasting impressions that embody the essence of our luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned guests understanding their preferences interests and needs to provide personalized service.
- Pre-Arrival Coordination: Prepare for guests arrivals by anticipating their needs preparing welcome amenities and coordinating special requests or arrangements.
- On-Site Assistance: Greet guests upon arrival provide an overview of hotel amenities and services and assist with check-in and check-out processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Personalized Service: Respond promptly to guests requests and inquiries providing tailored recommendations for dining activities and transportation.
- Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or issues that arise during a guests stay ensuring swift and effective resolutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments including housekeeping food and beverage and engineering to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and to hotel standards.
- Feedback Management: Solicit and gather guest feedback during and after their stay to continuously improve service delivery and guest position may require flexibility in hours including evenings weekends and holidays to accommodate guest needs. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.

Qualifications :
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year previous experience in a luxury hotel concierge or front desk role is preferred; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Suite and hotel management software
- Personal Attributes: Professional approachable and discreet; a passion for providing excellent customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
