Position Details:
The Research Operations Coordinator will support coordination of fast-paced research and implementation efforts led by the Office of the Chief Scientist. You will meaningfully contribute to managing calendars coordinating meetings and project timelines and ensuring smooth communication across all internal and external teams that interact with the Office of the Chief Scientist.
Reporting to the Director Operations & Project Management this is a full-time non-exempt and hybrid (4 days in office 1 day remote) position.
You Will:
- Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for the Chief Science Officer and associated research teams.
- Plan and support internal and external meetings retreats and conferences including preparing agendas talking points taking minutes coordinating logistics (travel A/V space reservations etc) and tracking follow-up actions.
- Partner with collaborators vendors and institutional partners in a professional and timely manner.
- Support documentation and organization of SOPs contact lists templates and shared resources for the Office of the Chief Scientist.
- Support coordination of cross-functional projects by overseeing deliverables deadlines and dependencies in accordance with department practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and tool optimization to enhance project efficiency including utilization of project tracking system such as Gantt charts and outcome dashboards.
You Have:
- Bachelors degree in psychology neuroscience public health or related field required
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in research coordination project support or executive administration

Pay Range
The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidates work experience education/training job-related skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this addition this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
