Job Description
Summary:
The Pre-Owned Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pre-owned car department including sales inventory management reconditioning marketing desking deals and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry with a focus onpre-owned car sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of pre-owned car sales associates
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals
Oversee the inventory of pre-owned vehicles
Negotiate and close deals with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Oversee the reconditioning and marketing process
Qualifications:
Significant experience in the automotive industry with a focus on pre-owned car sales
Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales goals
Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Compensation:
Base salary commission: $175000-$250000 annually based on performance and level of experience.
