Position 1
Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Southington CT (Onsite)
Duration: Fulltime Hire
Role Description:
ServiceNow Architect
Design and architect ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD SecOps CSM and custom apps as per business needs.
Lead the overall architecture and platform strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements create high-level design documentation and translate into actionable development plans.
Define and govern platform architecture standards integration patterns and development best practices.
Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g. CMDB LDAP SSO monitoring tools).
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
Manage platform performance scalability and maintain security compliance.
Stay up to date with ServiceNow product releases and enhancements and lead upgrade efforts.
Collaborate with project managers business analysts and other IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Job Title: ServiceNow Product Owner
Location: New York NY (Onsite)
Duration: Fulltime Hire
Role Description:
ServiceNow Product Owner
Platform Architecture: Design architect and implement scalable robust and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organizations business requirements.
Solution Design: Collaborate with partners to gather requirements analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
Custom Development: Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications modules and workflows.
Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams ensuring adherence to architectural standards coding guidelines and best practices.
Performance Optimization: Execution on performance optimization scalability improvements and enhancement of the overall user experience on the ServiceNow platform
Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation and usage.
Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation including architectural diagrams design specifications and user guides.
Conduct training sessions for partners and end-users as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends features and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
Proactively seek out areas for process improvement and innovation.
10 years of overall IT experience with 5 years experience in ServiceNow/Enterprise architecture
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and integrations.
Profound knowledge of ServiceNow architecture including ITSM ITAM and CMDB modules.
Exposure of ServiceNow modules is a plus
Experience with web technologies (XML HTML JavaScript Web Services) and a good understanding of SLDC processes.
At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications.
