The Employer Branding and Talent Intelligence Manager is a strategic partner within Emersons Talent Acquisition team responsible for amplifying Emersons employer brand demonstrating market insights and influencing sourcing strategies to attract top talent. This role integrates brand storytelling talent intelligence and recruitment technology to ensure our brand resonates with key talent segments and supports critical hiring needs. By aligning branding data and sourcing efforts this leader helps drive engagement enhance candidate experiences and fuel Emersons global hiring success.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $78500-$130000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
