Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate FP&A Systems Manager to contribute meaningfully to planning analysis reporting and strategy in support of our rapidly growing organization. This is a unique role where you will partner with key stakeholders across the organization through the lens of a financial and data system administrator and be responsible for maintaining and implementing system improvements. What Youll Do
- Administer and maintain Freshworks financial planning systems with emphasis on Workday Adaptive Planning
- Oversee system configurations integrations and updates to ensure they align with the companys financial operations and business needs
- Provide business support to end-users troubleshoot system issues through partnerships with IT and work closely with internal teams to resolve operational concerns
- Monitor system performance manage database backups and ensure the availability and security of financial data
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and ensure compatibility with other enterprise systems such as NetSuite Power BI SFDC and Workday HCM
- Develop and maintain system documentation user manuals and training materials for end-users
- Assist in the development and generation of financial reports dashboards and data analytics to support decision-making
Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in San Mateo CA and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Technology or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial systems administration with hands-on experience managing Adaptive Planning
- Strong understanding of financial processes accounting principles and internal controls
- Proficient in database management system integration and data migration techniques
- Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting software
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of data security protocols user access controls and regulatory requirements
Additional Information :
The annual base salary range for this position is $165800 - $215000.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location experience job-related skills and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
