Job Summary
As IT Project Manager youll lead an agile team focused on operations and maintenance for a large scale IT project. The IT Project Manager will organize and support the agile team and assist with project documentation and artifacts.

What youll do:
The ITPM will make sure the O&M agile team operates smoothly tickets are resolved and documentation is up to date.
What youll need to succeed:
- Minimum 7 years experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph Clearance
- Hands on experience leading and coordinating agile teams in Kanban Scrum or other agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data projects
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and routing tickets for resolution
- Ability to track and manage an agile teams work and remove blockers
- Proficiency with Agile project management in GitLab
- Support team in developing documentation project artifacts
SALARY RANGE: $128000 - $196000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
