Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer
Were seeking aSenior Software Engineerto take a lead role in building and scaling a modern SaaS platform. Youll work on complex high-impact products from concept to deployment collaborating closely with product and design teams to create solutions that customers love.
What Youll Do
Lead development of major features and product initiatives across bothfrontend UIsandbackend APIs.
Architect and implement modular infrastructure and services that support rapid scaling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into product features and technical designs.
Drive engineering excellence by setting high standards for code quality performance and maintainability.
Play an active role in product and strategic decision-making shaping the roadmap with a customer-first mindset.
What Were Looking For
410 years of experience as a fullstack engineer in afast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Strong computer science fundamentals and a degree from a top engineering program.
Proven experience leading the development of large-scale technically complex products.
Balanced skills infrontend(React React Native) andbackend(Node/Express MongoDB) development.
Highly product- and user-oriented with a track record of building features that solve real customer problems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable making decisions independently in an environment of uncertainty.
