Senior Interior Designer

Overview:

CWA Group is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Interior Designer you will be responsible for leading the design process managing projects and developing innovative and creative design solutions for our clients. This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects from residential to commercial creating spaces that inspire elevate and transform the way people live and work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process from concept through completion ensuring design quality creativity and functionality

- Collaborate with project teams clients and consultants to develop and execute design concepts that meet project objectives and timelines

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

- Mentor and inspire junior designers to develop their skills and knowledge

- Conduct site visits and oversee the construction administration process to ensure the design intent is achieved

- Develop detailed design drawings specifications and presentations using the latest software and technology

- Select and source materials finishes and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget

- Keep up to date with industry trends new materials and technology to enhance design solutions and stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Interior Designer with a focus on commercial and residential projects

- Experience with project management and team leadership

- Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong knowledge of furniture finishes materials and lighting

- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity
