About the Role

As a Data Analyst you ll play a key role in transforming complex data into clear actionable insights for teams across the company. This role is designed for a recent MBA graduate with 2 3 years of prior work experience who is eager to build a career in analytics within a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Build dashboards define key performance metrics and conduct ad hoc analyses to provide clarity and guide decision-making.
Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support strategic and operational decisions through data analysis across product usage customer behavior and business performance.
Contribute to the development of scalable reporting tools and processes to streamline analytics across Zetta.
Requirements
Qualifications
MBA graduate with minimum 2 3 years of professional experience in analytics consulting finance or related fields.
Solid foundation in data analysis with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
Exposure to business intelligence tools (Tableau Looker Power BI or equivalent).
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings into actionable insights.
Curiosity adaptability and a growth mindset thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus: experience with Python or R and knowledge of basic statistical techniques.

1-3 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Specialist, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Analyst). Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management abilities. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan, or similar). Experience in managing Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Strong knowledge of JIRA & Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and reporting. Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. Experience in managing product backlogs and writing user stories. Strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity in product features and workflows. Experience working with UI/UX teams to improve product usability and adoption. Ability to monitor Jira boards, track team performance, and identify bottlenecks. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving impediments. Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not mandatory.
