This is a remote position.
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help coordinate marketing and advertising projects from initiation through completion. You ll work alongside project managers and creative teams to keep campaigns organized on schedule and aligned with client goals. This position requires strong organization communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and monitoring projects.
Track deadlines deliverables and client requirements.
Communicate with teams clients and vendors.
Prepare documentation meeting notes and status updates.
Help resolve challenges and improve workflows.
Requirements
Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
Experience in project coordination client services or administrative support is a plus.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient with remote collaboration tools.
