Job Description :
- Help to synthesize our current levelling guides (manager senior manager Director etc.) as we currently have several and need one aligned one
- Based on the aligned levelling guides help to update all our job descriptions so we have consistency in the non-functional parts of the JD (e.g. the same expectations of all directors on leadership skills
- Help to consolidate all Client current onboarding material into a cohesive whole and wrap a process around it to help keep it live. This will need coordination with our enterprise HR team for the company-wide parts they are creating.
- The onboarding will have a company-wide part an IT specific part a team specific part and a role specific part. It will also need two variations one for ICs and one for people managers.
