Floor Staff team members are responsible for delivering a fun clean and safe environment during Active Play parties and camps. This entry-level role rotates through three key assignments: Floor Patrol Party Host and Camp Counselor. Staff must work as a team to uphold Strong s pillars of Care Educate and Inspire.

How to Be Successful (Results) Presence & Punctuality - Arrives on time for all shifts - Rarely drops or misses shifts - Picks up open shifts when available Safety & Cleanliness - Completes daily cleaning and safety tasks without reminders - Maintains a safe play environment - Reports issues promptly to leadership Guest Interaction - Communicates clearly with parents and children - Receives positive feedback from guests or staff - Represents Strong with a positive attitude Qualifications - Minimum age: 16 - Friendly and responsible - Willing to work with children in active settings
