Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Agriculture Agribusiness Rural Development Project Management or related field (Master s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years experience in agricultural value chain projects preferably with donor-funded programs.
- Proven track record of working with smallholder farmers especially in maize or other staple crop value chains.
- Strong understanding of climate-smart agriculture practices.
- Experience in training facilitation farmer mobilization and partnership building.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and Swahili.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with digital data collection tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively to rural and remote areas.
