Job Summary
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new client leads maintaining relationships with existing clients and promoting the company s recruitment and staffing services. The role requires strong business development skills excellent communication and a solid understanding of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies requiring recruitment staffing and HR solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active prospecting networking and client acquisition.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding recruitment services.
- Provide feedback and updates to clients throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and labor market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
- Develop tailored proposals and recruitment solutions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align sales strategies with available talent pools.
- Maintain accurate sales records pipeline reports and client information
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales & Marketing Human Resources or related field.
- At least two years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably in recruitment HR services or professional services.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office
