This is a strategic role that blends data analysis customer success and marketing expertise to improve product adoption expand usage and maximize ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze platform usage across accounts to identify opportunities for deeper adoption and automation.
- Develop and execute adoption strategies tailored to client maturity business goals and industry best practices.
- Create benchmarks playbooks and persuasive narratives to encourage clients to adopt underutilized features and channels.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to align on account strategy and ensure adoption efforts are impactful.
- Drive scenario creation and campaign optimization helping clients unlock the full value of their investment.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients offering insights and guidance on how to build better customer journeys.
- Track adoption KPIs and contribute to retention and expansion goals through measurable impact.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally sharing insights with Product Marketing and Sales to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- You have 3 years of experience in Customer Success Marketing Automation Growth Strategy or a similar role in a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
- You re analytical and data-driven able to identify usage patterns gaps and opportunities across different customer segments.
- You have a deep understanding of marketing automation strategies user journeys and engagement campaigns.
- You re a natural communicator confident in presenting strategic recommendations to clients and persuading stakeholders.
- You are results-oriented and comfortable setting benchmarks building cases for change and owning adoption metrics.
- Experience with multi-channel engagement platforms (e.g. email push SMS WhatsApp) is a strong advantage.
- Bonus: Experience in CDP martech or customer lifecycle marketing.
