You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur Pastry Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Pastry Chef with managing the day-to-day operations relating to Pastry and Bakery production while maintaining the highest level of culinary excellence.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of pastry experience
Previous experience in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants preferred
Strong knowledge of pastry desserts and decoration techniques
Familiar with hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to lead and coordinate a team
Flexible with working hours
