Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned maintenance & troubleshooting on utility & facility equipment
- Lead and support a team of utility technicians during assigned shifts.
- Conduct shift change briefings and maintain accurate reports and work orders.
- Perform hands-on technical work on Utility system and support Energy saving as required. (Electric Water Gas Compressed Air Steam)
- Perform hands-on technical work on Security Fire protection and prevention systems as required. (Fire pump Generator CCTV Intrusion Fire alarm Fire sprinkler)
- Monitor work quality and compliance with safety regulations operational standards and company policies.
Qualifications :
Diploma High Vocational Certificate in a relevant field such as:
- Mechanical Electrical or Utilities Technology
Certification:
- Boiler Operation
- Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Nitrogen (N)
- Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation (WWTP)
- Electrical Systems (Building Level-1)
Several years of experience in similar position or respective experience within company Steam boilers Compressors Chillers Cooling Pumps HVAC Power and electrical distribution CCTV and intrusion Fire alarms Fire pump Generator systems operation and maintenance experience
At least 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role or in a related task.
