Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager for our Technology Compliance and Risk Management process in the Nordics. This senior role requires extensive experience in compliance and risk management crucial for driving our Technology Operating Model with an emphasis on regulatory adherence and risk mitigation. You will ensure our standards are met when implementing new technologies and maintaining existing ones focusing on compliance and risk management.
The position is based in Stockholm and is part of Internal IT collaborating with other business units across Deloitte in the Nordics. You will work in a dynamic environment with leadership support locally and regionally balancing technical and talent management. Your technical leader will be in Copenhagen and your talent leader will be in Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities in the role;
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Manage and maintain IT solutions repository of compliant solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Technology Operating Model (TOM).
- Enforce policies and procedures for technology management with a focus on compliance.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Governance:
- Drive and maintain a backlog and pipeline of TOM assessments requested.
- Establish governance frameworks to support compliance and risk management.
Performance Improvement:
- Continuously improve technology processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and report on compliance and risk management performance.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Qualifications :
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in technology operations management with a strong focus on compliance and risk management essential for this senior profile role.
- Proven track record in risk management governance and compliance in technology operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Competency mix of both business and technology skills and the ability to broker between technical people and business people.
- Ability to develop and execute plans and roadmaps.
- Strong communicator.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with solution architecture hosting/cloud cyber security and compliance.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
