Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager within the Acceptance VAS team you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key clients across your allocated markets. Your focus will be on strengthening client relationships driving revenue growth and promoting Visas value-added services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with client executives to identify new opportunities deliver client solutions and achieve sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Acceptance VAS clients identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Deliver multi-year client contracts and meet or exceed revenue targets. 
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to support client retention and expansion. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level client executives promoting Visas solutions and influencing client strategies. 
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Visas sales tools. 
  • Analyze client performance and identify business risks and growth opportunities. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Lead regular account reviews and provide clear reporting on progress against key performance indicators. 
  • Support sales enablement initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes. 

 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Proven experience in account management or business development within payments financial services or technology sectors.
Strong track record of achieving revenue and sales targets through organic growth and upselling.
Experience engaging with C-level executives and negotiating complex deals.
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Strong communication relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in a matrixed cross-functional environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Project management skills are an advantage.
Willingness to travel as required
