As an Engineering Manager at Tink your primary role involves fostering high-performing engaged and content teams that are continually learning. Your focus will be on developing superior products of exceptional quality with the ultimate goal of ensuring our customers success.
What you will do
Be responsible for the overall delivery and quality delivered by your team. You will enable the team to reach their targets by removing impediments clarifying goals and fostering ownership and accountability.
Own the teams overall planning execution and success of complex technical projects cross-product teams.
Work closely with product management to ensure were building products in the best way and to deliver on customer commitments and targets.
Setting clear priorities and providing leadership in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Work on discovery investigating and trying out new solutions with the team.
Grow your direct reports professionally so they can have a larger impact and drive more complex initiatives.
Being data-driven and always seeking new ways of improving your services.
Actively support recruitment and on-boarding of new employees.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- We are looking for an Engineering Manager who has a solid technical background a business oriented mindset and sees the link between engineering and product development. Someone who is great at managing change and changing priorities a person who can take ownership over the full delivery and the development of their team.
- Deep technical knowledge and previous experience from an engineering position.
- Experience from an Engineering Manager position leading a high performing engineering team.
- A track record of operational excellence and have led a change initiative for example taking a project or team from A to B.
- Solid experience from working in an agile development environment preferably from a fintech/payments industry.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
