Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager for Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) and juice productions. The Plant Manager holds a crucial role in our business efficiently leading and operating our manufacturing facility. The potential candidate is expected to uphold high standards of quality and safety channel strong leadership to manage staff and work towards the overall profitability and growth of the company.
Job PurposeWith an emphasis on efficient production and quality control the Plant Manager will oversee the manufacturing operations for the CSD and juice products. They are responsible to ensure the production targets are met while complying with the food and beverage regulations and maintaining a safe production environment. The core focus will be perfecting the production process implementing cost-saving measures and promoting teamwork and engagement among staff.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee the operation of the manufacturing facility for CSD and juice production ensuring targets are met.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the production process.
- Manage and lead a team promoting efficient workflows and positive work environment.
- Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations and quality control.
- Implement cost-saving measures within the production process.
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership skills.
- Experience in Production Management within the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge in Quality Control principles and Safety Standards.
- Ability to implement Cost Optimization measures.
- Familiarity with Food and Beverage Regulations.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management.
