Job Description
Identify assess and monitor potential risks across the supply chain (e.g. supply disruptions supplier capacity status ordering fluctuations)
Develop and implement risk-mitigation strategies
Design build and maintain risk-assessment models and scenario analyses using data-analytics tools
Drive risk-mitigation activities in coordination with plants business units and divisions within a cross-functional setup including procurement manufacturing logistics etc.
Align planning horizons assess risks and propose and execute actions to avoid disruptions
Define and manage escalation protocols for critical supply chain incidents
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management featuring Key Risk/Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for mitigation measures
Develop standard operating procedures and lead workshops
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Economics Business Informatics or a related field
35 years of professional experience in supply chain or planning roles preferably within logistics or purchasing sectors
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and risk management frameworks
Advanced analytical skills; hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) Excel SQL or similar platforms considered an asset
Familiarity with international logistics regulations and industry standards
Proactive systematic and strategic thinker
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Team-oriented adaptable and comfortable with change
Advanced knowledge of English language
