- Procurement planning
- Planning & procurement of material for production considering quantities deadlines and inventories.
- Tracking of order transmissions and deliveries.
- Coordination of special actions in cooperation with suppliers customer planners production control and incoming area.
- Contact person for purchasing and external & internal suppliers.
- Material allocation in bottleneck situations.
- Creation and maintenance of material master data in the system.
- Monitoring of suppliers delivery performance.
- Ramp up/Ramp down coordination and change management
- Coordination of ramp up/ramp down with customer production supplier and internal affected departments considering material availability and inventories.
- Maintenance of material master data (creation change ban of material).
Qualifications :
- VI - VII level of degree in field of logistics management or related field.
- Knowledge of logistic processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and proactive attitude to initiate improvements
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office
- English language fluency both written and spoken
