Job Summary
This is a remote position.
osition: Remote Retention Agent
Location: Remote (must be based in Europe)
Languages Required: Fluent in Croatian Slovenian or Serbian good level of English

Responsibilities
Manage and build long-term relationships with clients from Croatia Slovenia and Serbia.
Provide ongoing support to existing traders ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Contact clients via phone email and chat to encourage continued activity and deposits.
Educate clients on trading platforms tools and market trends.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize retention and trading volume.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
Achieve monthly targets for retention deposits and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements
Fluent in Croatian Slovenian or Serbian (native or near-native level).
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience as a Retention Agent Account Manager or similar role in the Forex industry (minimum 6 months).
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work remotely in a structured and professional manner.
Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 WebTrader) and financial markets is a plus.
