We are currently seeking a Games Presenter Team Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience of few years in the IGaming industry and also Team Management. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide continuous guidance and support to team members to foster their personal and professional development.
- Supervise team operations ensuring adherence to company policies including attendance tracking and performance management.
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment by encouraging open communication and regular team interactions.
- Identify individual and team learning needs coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate growth and training.
- Support organizational objectives through effective training and development initiatives.
- Ensure consistent delivery of services aligned with company values policies procedures and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in English(C1).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related position.
- Relevant academic background in management or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in the industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Strong communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership abilities and experience in team development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
