Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Tarefas de Backoffice da distribuio de energia
- Processos de Contratao & Switching;
- Faturao;
- Gesto da Dvida;
- Contencioso;
- Gesto Documental.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Mnimo 12 ano de escolaridade;
Experincia no tratamento de operaes de BackOffice preferencialmente no sector energtico;
Disponibilidade de 2 feira a 6 feira das 9H s 18H.
Bom conhecimento do negcio;
Experincia de contacto com cliente;
Boa capacidade de comunicao (oral e escrita);
Capacidade de anlise e gosto por trabalho de mincia;
Capacidade para gerir conflitos e resistncia ao stress;
Sentido de responsabilidade;
Capacidade de relacionamento humano;
Orientao para o cliente;
Orientao para objetivos;
Bons conhecimentos aplicacionais.
