BUSINESS ANALYST - AZURE DEVOPS OR SERVICENOW (HYBRID)
Portuguese company hires for hybrid work
Location:Lisbon - Portugal
Working Model:Hybrid (2/3 days at the client office)
Language Requirements:Fluent Portuguese and English
Experience: Snior (at least 5 years of experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear actionable requirements
- Write and manage user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Collaborate with developers testers and project managers to ensure successful and timely delivery
- Identify and help resolve blockers or gaps in requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes
Required Skills (must be clearly listed on your CV)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to craft clear concise and effective user stories
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of digital transformation projects
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Education Data Architecture (EDA) concepts and frameworks
- Experience with Salesforce Communities or similar platforms
- Background in the education sector public sector or data-driven projects
