Step into a key role where precision meets strategy. As a Documentation Analyst youll ensure the accuracy of complex financial documentation across global markets supporting trading desks and driving operational excellence. Youll be the go-to expert for drafting matching and managing post-trade events across a wide range of products from commodities to equities.
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Draft and validate legal confirmations for Swaps Options Forwards and hybrid strategies using ISDA standards.
- Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure alignment before dispatching documentation.
- Handle post-trade notifications (exercises restructures terminations) and resolve discrepancies.
- Act as the escalation point for documentation queries and client requests.
- Monitor workflows and ensure regulatory timelines are met.
- Lead daily team meetings analyze KPIs and drive issue resolution.
- Support and train team members coordinate operations in supervisor absence.
- Collaborate with IT Legal Compliance and Front Office teams across global hubs.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Academic Background in Economics Finance Accounting or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in Banking & Financial Operations or other relevant experience.
- Fluent English and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Client focus & collaboration.
- Critical thinking.
- Organization & knowledge sharing.
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
