THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Support Engineer for an international project in the telecommunications sector.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Build a set of customers satisfaction KPIs;
- Build a set of KPIs for performance stability uses cases and customer profiles for each product in the portfolio;
- Adept at diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems providing timely solutions and delivering excellent customer service.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network issues;
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud services;
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written for effective interaction with customers;
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide clear concise and understandable explanations;
- Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution;
- Assure the SLAs are assured by Fusion Organization;
- Adaptable and quick learner able to comprehend new technologies and troubleshoot unfamiliar issues;
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation;
- Capable of generating reports documenting troubleshooting steps and creating knowledge base articles.
