Assistente Backoffice - Banca

Position Description:

A CGI procura Assistentes de Backoffice para integrar o nosso projeto na rea da banca em regime de full-time onde ser envolvido num projeto de operao de BPO no setor financeiro.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Tratamento de processos de Crdito (Backoffice):
Anlise e validao de documentao;
Enquadramento de Operaes de acordo com regras pr-definidas;
Emisso de Contratos;
Verificao da formalizao de Contratos;
Reconciliao de contas;
Gesto de mailboxes;

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Formao Superior em Direito/Solicitadoria (preferencial) Gesto Contabilidade; Economia ou reas similares;
Mnimo 12 ano de escolaridade;
Experincia profissional na rea administrativa bancria (preferencial);
Experincia em funes administrativas;
Boa capacidade de comunicao (oral e escrita);
Capacidade para gerir conflitos e resistncia ao stress;
Sentido de responsabilidade;
