We are seeking aSenior ServiceNow Developerto join our team in Portugal.
Technical requirements:
- Proven experience and qualifications in the configuration support and operations of ServiceNow.
- Certification in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is mandatory.
- At least oneof the following certifications on ServiceNow: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Implementation Specialist certification in IT Service Management Service Mapping Event Management Hardware Asset Management and Customer Service Management as well as the Micro Certification - Service Portal.
- Proven experience of working with ITSM and CSM tools.
- Working experience with leading/best practices and implementation methodologies such as ServiceNow Assure and Now Create.
- Experience of collaboration with ServiceNow Expert Services would be of added value.
- Proven experience of integrating configuring and managing legacy COTS and Cloud-based migrations for products other than ServiceNow.
- Proven experience of working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
Soft skills:
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various Service Groups.
- Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
